In the shipping policy section we have 2 concepts:

1. Product production time: is the time we need to design the order according to your requirements
 

2. Shipping time: is the time from when your package is delivered to the 3rd party carrier and until it arrives at your mailbox.
Thus, the total time for an order will include product design time and shipping time.

 - Product time:

        * 7-10 days to design products made to order.

        * 2 - 3 days for products on our stock and available to ship.

 - Shipping Time:

  * USA( Usps): Free Shipping, 8-10 business days.

  * Canada (Canada Post) 15 - 20 business days.

  * UK ( Royal Mail) 20 - 25 business days.

  * Australia ( Royal Mail) estimate 20 - 25 business days.

  * Other Country ( Royal Mail) estimate 25 - 30 business days.

Ex: your location in USA, your products is custom made to order, time to prepare item is 2 - 3 days, plus shipping time: 8 - 10 days. So total it takes about 10 - 13 days.

We shipping worldwile and offer an expedited service with urgent payment, depending on when an individual order is required. For product in stock, we offer Guaranteed delivery. Urgent orders are perfect for last-minute gifts or events!

Rush order: UPS, estimate 2 - 4 business days ( Fee $50)

1. Remind double-check ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, POSTCODE when you place an order.
2. In case the customer provides a WRONG postcode, address, or number phone and the product can not deliver on time or is lost, we will NOT take responsibility for that case. NO REFUND was made on this case.

We ACCEPT refunds in the following cases:
- Wrong size, wrong item.
- Products are torn, damaged, moldy occurs due to transportation. Ask customers to take pictures of product defects or record videos when opening and receiving goods.
- Missing a part of the order that the customer has paid for, for example: missing bows on the back, hair clips...
- The package is lost after opening an investigation on the shipping side and your package is indeed lost.
Depending on the extent and agreement between us and the customer, we will refund the full amount or partially refund.

We DO NOT accept refunds in the following cases:
- Customers choose the wrong size, wrong color of the product.
- Customer provided wrong shipping address.
- The customer does not like the product and considers it no longer relevant.

- Shipping time delay due to factors beyond our control such as: storm, epidemic, customs keeping check.

We only accept payment through 3rd party PAYPAL, after you complete the purchase and pay the full amount, your order will be confirmed by us via email for more details about measurement and date of event.
