We ACCEPT refunds in the following cases:
- Wrong size, wrong item.
- Products are torn, damaged, moldy occurs due to transportation. Ask customers to take pictures of product defects or record videos when opening and receiving goods.
- Missing a part of the order that the customer has paid for, for example: missing bows on the back, hair clips...
- The package is lost after opening an investigation on the shipping side and your package is indeed lost.
Depending on the extent and agreement between us and the customer, we will refund the full amount or partially refund.
We DO NOT accept refunds in the following cases:
- Customers choose the wrong size, wrong color of the product.
- Customer provided wrong shipping address.
- The customer does not like the product and considers it no longer relevant.
- Shipping time delay due to factors beyond our control such as: storm, epidemic, customs keeping check.
