ALL cancellation request are accepted and will be made immediately + a full refund as long as no shipping notification has been sent to the client, if we receive an order cancellation after the shipping notification is sent to our clients We do apologize but we will not be able to cancel the order because it will be already on its way to your address and Jolly does not offer any way to stop or return a shipment to a sender.
